QA Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced QA Manager to lead our QA team and drive quality excellence across our products and platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategy, managing a team of QA professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of QA engineers and professionals.
• Define and drive QA strategies, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality software releases through effective planning, testing, and quality control.
• Work closely with the R&D teams, Product, DevOps, and other teams within the organization to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Oversee test planning, execution, automation, regression testing, and defect management.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs and continuously improve QA processes and efficiency.
• Support the team in resolving complex quality and technical challenges.

• 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing, including significant experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing and developing QA teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working closely with Software Development and Product teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with test automation and modern QA tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
