What Are ‘Cookies’?
Cookies are small files with pieces of information, normally consisting of just letters and numbers, which websites use when users visit them.

“Session Cookies” are removed from user’s device once they close their browser session.
“Persistent Cookies” last for longer periods on your device – after users close their browser session.

What are ‘First-party’ and ‘Third-party’ Cookies?
First-party cookies are set directly by the website that the users are visiting. For the purpose of this Policy, these are cookies that are set directly by this Site.
Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one the users are visiting. For the purpose of this policy, these are cookies that are set by our service providers, such as Google Analytics.
What are ‘Similar Technologies’?

Does Au10Tix Use Tracking Technologies? Does Au10Tix need my Consent?
We use both Session Cookies and Persistent Cookies as part of your experience on the Site so that we can facilitate the use of the Site’s features and tools, keep track of your preferences, improve your experience with our Site, for web analytics and for marketing purposes.

When Tracking Technologies are strictly essential for the operation of the Site, we do not need you consent. When it is not, some applicable laws, for example in the EEA, we do.

Do We Use Tracking Pixels in Emails?
Yes. When we send you marketing or newsletter emails, those emails may contain a tracking pixel — a small, invisible image hosted on a remote server. When you open the email, your email software requests that image, which tells us the message was opened.
Where a tracking pixel is used, we may collect the identifier of the pixel and of the campaign, the date and time you opened the email, your IP address, and basic information about the email client, browser or device you used. Where you click a link in the email, we also record which link was clicked. We use this to measure how our campaigns perform, to understand which content is relevant to you, and to keep our mailing lists accurate.
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, we place a tracking pixel that allows us to identify you individually only where you have given your prior, specific consent. This consent is requested separately from your subscription and is not a condition of it — if you do not consent, you will continue to receive our emails exactly as before, we simply will not see whether or when you open them.
We do not ask for consent where a pixel is used only to produce anonymized, aggregated statistics, to authenticate a message or protect security, for delivery management strictly limited to identifying inactive addresses, or for legally required service and security notifications.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and as easily as you gave it. Use the tracking preferences link in the footer of any email we send you — this changes your tracking preference only and does not unsubscribe you — or contact us at [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We retain email open and click data that can be linked to you for no longer than 13 months, after which it is deleted or irreversibly aggregated.
Can I Manage my Tracking Technologies Preferences?
Yes, through the Site’s cookie management tool (appears also under “Will Au10tix Change this Notice?). Email tracking is managed separately from Site cookies. To change whether we may track your email opens, use the tracking preferences link in the footer of any email we send you.
In addition, every browser allows you to manage your Tracking Technologies preferences, usually found in the “Help” or “Settings” sections of the web browser.
