Are you a creative, detail-oriented Product Designer passionate about crafting impactful user experiences? AU10TIX is looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join our team part-time, driving product success through innovation and design excellence.

Design from Concept to Delivery: Lead the design process from initial user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align user needs with business goals and bring ideas to life.
Champion User-Centric Design: Create intuitive, visually engaging, and functional experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
Contribute to Our Design System: Advocate for UX best practices and maintain design consistency across all product interfaces.

Experienced: 2+ years in product design with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for complex systems.
Proficient in Design Tools: Strong skills in Figma, with experience in translating insights into effective design solutions.
Creative Problem-Solver: Sharp and solutions-oriented, capable of tackling design challenges with a fresh perspective.
Collaborative and Communicative: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design choices to stakeholders.
Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

Degree in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with design systems.
Portfolio with in-depth case studies and examples of user-centered design solutions.
