We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in the evolving landscape of identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk management. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our product’s future — building on a strong foundation while exploring new opportunities to deliver impactful solutions to our global customers.

 About the Role

As a Product Manager at AU10TIX, you’ll help define the direction and strategy of a high-impact product line. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to expand capabilities, respond to market shifts, and continuously deliver value through smart, customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet market demands and drive business growth.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and optimization.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, strategic goals, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external R&D teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to guide product direction.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Support go-to-market planning and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product positioning and adoption.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing internal leadership and external representation.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product impact and inform future improvements.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally within the identity, fraud, or risk space.
• Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable product plans and documentation.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience working with R&D teams and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
• Background in customer onboarding, KYC, or identity products.
