This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, data analysis, and customer success. You will work closely with customer engineering and product teams, driving integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and using data to generate insights and improve performance.
This is not a traditional Customer Success role and requires hands-on technical understanding and confidence working with engineers.
