AU10TIX is seeking a Technical Writer to join its Product Experience team. The right candidate will have the technical background and communication skills required to write best-in-class customer-centric technical documentation for the AU10TIX portfolio of products. Could this be you?

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of AU10TIX technical documentation consumed by our enterprise customers
  • Determine the clearest and most logical structure to present information for customer comprehension
  • Review and/or edit as needed content developed by other stakeholders
  • Engage with the Customer Success Team to collect customer feedback regarding documentation
  • Self-motivated to meet with subject matter experts to ensure detail specifics are accurate
  • To constantly strive for improvement in processes and documentation quality (i.e. customer-centric content, consistency and accuracy)
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
  • Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum in a technical writing or lead writing role.
  • English fluency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working alongside Product Managers and Developers
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize organizational objectives with strict deadlines
  • A true team player with strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Experience working with content management systems
  • Familiarity with GIT and will be able to hit the ground running in a Docs-as-Code documentation environment- Advantage
  • Competency with code snippets- Advantage
