Responsibilities:

The Technical support representative will support our worldwide customers by providing an initial response to the customers (B2B), providing a technical support, monitoring the production environment (Azure), working with many interfaces in the company and perform analysis of customers’ issues.

  • Provide excellent technical support to global customers.
  • Respond in a timely manner (within documented SLA) to support customer issues and inquiries.
  • Resolve problems independently and understand the correct escalation procedures.
  • Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers.
  • Develop broad understanding of customer needs.
  • Be part of a team that is solving complex technical problems for the customer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support.

• Fluent English with strong oral (phone) and written (e-mail) communication skills

   – MUST

• Quick learner & Details oriented.

• High quality individuals with computer software experience.

• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Excel

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Self-managed and team-oriented.

• The work is in shifts 24/7, nights, weekends and Holidays.  

• High salary, up to 45NIS per hour.

• Require mobility.
