Job Description
AU10TIX is looking for a technical support representative. The opportunity to integrate into a High-Tech company in a varied and challenging role as an initial point of contact for customers and working with many interfaces in the company. The Technical support representative will support our worldwide customer in providing an initial response to the customers, providing a technical support, monitoring of server (Azure) and analysis reports.
Responsibilities

• High quality individuals with computer

   software experience.

• High level English

• Previous experience in customer

   support.

• Experience in Excel (macro, reports,

   analysis etc.)

Requirements

• Quick learner & Details oriented.

• The work is in shifts 24/7, nights,

   weekends and Holidays.  

• High salary, up to 45NIS per hour.

• Require mobility
