We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for a temporary position (6 months with a real option) to join our company and play an integral role in scaling our growing company.   • Responsible for the hiring processes, design, and execution of sourcing strategies to identify the best talent.
  • Manage job postings on both internal and external channels.
  • Screening resumes and performing phone interviews to determine which candidates meet Au10tix’s requirements.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs & Coordinating interviews.
  • Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Conducting reference and background checks for advanced candidates.
  • Be a trusted adviser to employees and managers and support their Day to day activities


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technology recruitment- Must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience of talent hunting through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) – an advantage.
  • Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization.
  • Able to work in a start-up environment: do what it takes, ability to work in a super intense and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
  • Passion for working with people.
  • High level of English (written and verbal)- Must.
