As a team that prides itself on protecting people’s identities and cultivating trust between leading companies and their customers across the globe, AU10TIX is looking for a manager for community, social media and influencer relations to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with an intimate understanding of how brands can transform their business through influencer marketing, who can strengthen the AU10TIX online community and generate content that helps build a successful influencer program.

You must have experience in building communities and long-term influencer relationships that result in authentic content and support business goals, including:

  • Conceptualizing and executing memorable content for multiple channels for a savvy audience that is immune to boring tactics.
  • Understand how to work backwards from business goals to develop a social and community strategy that drives the business forward.
  • Understand influencer culture and influencer marketing deeply and know how to conceptualize and run social media programs across platforms.
  • The perfect blend of creativity, influencer relations, content creation, social media and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a world-class community and social media presence. In this job you will:

  • Take full ownership of AU10TIX social media channels and take them to the next level.
  • Lead our social media plan/calendar, boosting engagement & followers based on best practices.
  • Bring a “killer copy” instinct when ideating and writing engaging content on social channels.
  • Regularly create and curate compelling content, including text, video, and images.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing members to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Set KPIs for social media campaigns and continuously measure performance.
  • Engage employees as brand advocates, including curating content on social advocacy platforms.
  • Build, grow and manage a strong AU10TIX online community.
  • Be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and measuring programs to raise awareness, build community and increase advocacy.
  • Ensure our customer community, influencer marketing and social strategy support our business objectives.
  • Develop a unique and compelling brand voice online, engaging with customers and fans.
  • Handle the ideation and production of webinars and podcasts, including serving as host.

Requirements:

  • Amazing verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fabulous presentation skills to engage large audiences in person and online.
  • Solid experience in leading webinars and other live streaming events.
  • Be friendly and sociable, applying these characteristics to the posts and responses.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Combine creativity and analytical thinking when carrying out your work.
  • English native speaker – a MUST.
  • Solid experience managing social media channels – a MUST.
  • Proven experience in building online communities – a MUST.
  • Strong experience in managing social media analytics.
  • Experience in social advocacy tools such as Bambu.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially working with SaaS and/or startups – a PLUS.
  • BA/BS in internet marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • The social media, Influencer Marketing & Community Manager will be a member of the Content and Communications team within the Marketing department, reporting to the Head of Content and Communications.
