Responsibilities:

As a team that prides itself on protecting people’s identities and cultivating trust between leading companies and their customers across the globe, AU10TIX is looking for a seasoned content manager who can storytell, write, galvanize and invigorate corporate decision makers across a wide variety of content channels, while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice.

As senior content writer, you will support all content-related marketing activity at the company. The final candidate must have an aptitude for creating compelling writing at every level – whether you’re writing a 25-character piece of ad-copy, or a 2,500-word white paper.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who has an insatiable appetite for content, who can embrace, digest and disseminate the mountains of thought leadership that define our industry landscape, and help to solidify our place amongst them!

In this job you will:

  • Provide full support to our content strategy, hands-on build through writing- our solutions’ messaging
  • Support the Director of Content and Communications with executing and monitoring our editorial calendar, contributing to a holistic approach to all planning and activity.
  • Need to be a multifaceted storyteller and content superstar who can develop and edit a variety of content assets – aligned to persona and buyer journey – including PR, blogs, white papers, newsletters, webpages, sales enablement kits, case studies, brochures, presentations, video scripts, webinars, and more.
  • Dive into a comprehensive understanding of features, use-cases, competitors, customer pain points and needs, and off course- how AU10TIX addresses those with its Identity Management & ID verification solutions
  • Adopt and maintain a consistent voice that compliments the brand identity of AU10TIX and reflects the seniority of the audience we are targeting
  • Collaborate with LeadGen, digital, design, product, sales and other teams to develop compelling content that inspires readers to take action
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and social media followers, growing inbound organic traffic, and more.

Requirements:

  • English native speaker – a MUST (preferred US)
  • At least 6 years of experience writing for B2B enterprise companies or clients (technology/software, SaaS focus, information security sector strongly preferred, )
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to turn complex information into compelling stories and content
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a strong eye for visual content
  • Exceptional research, writing and editing skills – Experience writing and editing both product marketing content and sales enablement materials
  • Digital Content Marketing experience: Familiarity with SEO writing techniques and tools
  • Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement
  • HubSpot, Sales Force and Marketing operation – a plus
  • BS/BA preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or relevant field
