AU10TIX Wants YOU:
As a team that prides itself on protecting people’s identities and cultivating trust between leading companies and their customers across the globe, AU10TIX is looking for a seasoned content superstar who can storytell, write, galvanize, and invigorate corporate decision makers across a wide variety of content channels, while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will support all content-related marketing activity at the company. The final candidate must have an aptitude for creating compelling writing at every level – whether you’re writing a 25-character piece of ad copy, or a 2,500-word white paper.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who has an insatiable appetite for content, who can embrace, digest and disseminate the mountains of thought leadership that define our industry landscape, and help to solidify our place amongst them!

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of our editorial calendar from both management and hands-on standpoints.
  • Execute our content strategy, contributing to a holistic approach to all planning and activity.
  • Develop and edit a wide array of content assets – aligned to persona and buyer journey – including PR, case studies, blogs, thought leadership, white papers, brochures, webpages, landing pages, video scripts and more.
  • Execute our customer marketing activities, diving into a comprehensive understanding of use cases, competitors, customer pain points and needs, and of course how AU10TIX addresses those with our solutions.
  • Adopt and maintain a consistent voice and look and feel in every single content piece.
  • Collaborate with lead generation, product, sales, and other teams to develop compelling content that inspires readers to take action.
  • Research and contribute with creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, and social media followers, growing inbound organic traffic.
  • Juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. We mean it.

Requirements:

  • Native English native speaker – a MUST
  • Proven 6+ years of experience writing for B2B companies or clients – a MUST (technology/software, SaaS focus, IT sector strongly preferred)
  • Proven exceptional writing and editing skills, including business, technology and product
  • Outstanding project management skills, managing and executing project from A to Z
  • Strong analytical mindset to turn complex information into compelling stories and content
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a strong eye for visual content and design
  • Digital content marketing experience: familiarity with SEO writing techniques – a plus
  • Familiar with WordPress, HubSpot, SalesForce, and Marketing operation – a plus
  • BS/BA preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant field
