Au10tix – a leading global hi-tech company specializing in Automated ID authentication technologies, looking for a Sales Operations & Analysis Specialist

We are expanding our business application team to support the growing business of the company. As a business analyst, you will get familiar with marketing, sales, support, and customer success business processes and lead the ongoing support to the business as well as work on integrating new products and services and lead interesting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & build scalable solutions in Salesforce. Work together with our business users in all departments globally.
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including Requirements gathering, Process definition, Plan and Design, Testing, Training, and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Support our Sales tools and business applications globally in all departments: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and more.
  • Suggest enhancements to implement in our systems based on the business needs and technical platform capabilities
  • Work with external vendors to integrate enhanced system solutions.

Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (Hands-on)
  • Have Experience with Salesforce automation tools
  • Experienced with Integrations to/from Salesforce
  • Familiar with Marketing/Sales/Support Applications such as Outreach, SF CPQ, Pardot, SF Service Cloud – an advantage
  • Have Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Service-oriented and a fast learner
  • Great planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Self-driven but able to take direction and drive results with direct and cross-functional teams
