Responsibilities:

  • As a Presale Engineer, you will be part of a global team whose mission is to enable our customers to prevent fraud more effectively and win customers more efficiently.
  • Take ownership of the technical product relationship with AU10tix prospects and customers present, explain and design the solution for each potential customer
  • Work closely with the sales team, understanding the customer’s challenges and business and defining appropriate SaaS solutions, from initial contact and meetings through delivery
  • Partner with sales and be the technical expert while in pre-sale activities to bring opportunities to a closure
  • Take full ownership of the PoC process from initiation until completion, including presentation of PoC Summary to the customers
  • Understand the business of our customers, internal processes, business needs, technical requirements, and use cases.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally and ensure customer satisfaction by proving extraordinary value.
  • Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and communicate customer requirements to the Product team
  • Address customer problems directly, when possible, and educate them on how to do so themselves going forward.
  • Run Demos and technical deep dives sessions for customers and partners
  • Lead Customer’s integration and implementation processes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in direct customer-facing presales/CSM/ Project Management /sales engineering in B2B companies
  • Working experience in a global company and Enterprises
  • Strong understanding of technical product aspects and presales processes, including responses to RFP/RFI, running demos and PoCs
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure needed business outcomes.
  • Relationship builder, Good listener, Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English – Strong presentation skills
  • Advantage – Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science
  • Willingness to travel ~ 10% (with respect to Covid restriction).

What would be great if you have (Not Mandatory):

  • Background working with Financial and Banking and local and global enterprises
  • Experience working with SaaS Solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in additional languages
  • Experience in Risk and Fraud prevention is an advantage
  • MBA is an advantage
