As a team that prides itself on protecting people’s identities and cultivating trust between leading companies and their customers across the globe, AU10TIX is looking for a Marketing Event Production Manager who can take our Events function to the next level.

The ideal candidate must be able to own our 2022 Event Plan and Calendar from both management and hands-on standpoints.

The Marketing Event Production Manager will be a member of the Content and Communications team within the Marketing Department, reporting to the Head of Content and Communications.


In this job you will:

  • Own the 2022 Event Plan and Calendar from both management and hands-on standpoints.
  • Ensure the planning, execution, and measuring of all in-person, online, hybrid events.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and other internal clients on a continuous basis, ensuring that the event calendar be managed according to the pre-defined reasoning, prioritization, budget.
  • Provide a comprehensive action plan for each event.
  • Lead and manage the relationship with global event organizers from A to Z.
  • Make sure that all events are managed with perfection on-site.
  • Evaluate and coordinate the production of new marketing materials to support events, whenever needed.



  • English native speaker or native level – a MUST.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing booths and sponsorships at global conferences – a MUST.
  • Experience in coordinating internal corporate events – a MUST.
  • Background in B2B tech companies – a PLUS.
  • Familiarity with content production and graphic design. – a PLUS.
  • Experience in managing all finance aspects of events, including contracts, purchase orders, receipts, internal approvals, etc.
  • Strong organization skills to manage a robust calendar of events in a clear and consistent way, providing continuous updates to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment dealing with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Great eye on brand use and awareness aspects.
