Job Description:

Au10tix is looking for a quick-thinking, practical legal counsel to render business-oriented advice with the ability to efficiently balance between risks and business rewards dedicated to customer service. As legal counsel, you will review and negotiate contracts to mitigate the company’s risks vital in our emerging technology and service businesses as well as support matters across the Company regarding technology, privacy, data management, and others.

You’ll be reporting to the General Counsel


  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of transactional documents and commercial contracts, including sales, licensing, marketing, professional services, and NDAs.
  • Provide internal clients with real-time and critical business-focused commercial legal advice for a broad range of businesses and issues, including contract interpretation and negotiation.
  • Anticipate legal concerns and provide creative problem-solving in a dynamic business environment.
  • Seek to understand the context of the positions of Au10tix’s customers and the requests from Au10tix’s internal clients and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspectives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach.
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures, and standard template language to be used in contracts.
  • Create processes and procedures to help support a rapidly growing business.
  • Champion Au10tix’s mission, ethics, and integrity by ensuring that Au10tix’s compliance policies are in practice and protect the company from risk, comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, and are in line with Au10tix’s values.


  • 3-5 years of corporate transaction experience with significant experience with commercial contracts in the technology sector.
  • A law degree, an active member of the Israeli bar.
  • Experience with the areas of- data privacy, global regulation (GDPR, CCPA, BIPA etc), technology, data partnerships, distribution agreements, joint ventures, contractual affiliations, intellectual property (and/or) highly regulated sectors and SaaS agreements.
  • Experience in working for a corporate legal or contracts department and comfortable in a fast-paced environment supporting internal business clients, as well as working directly with vendors and customers.
  • Articulates all facets of an issue with clarity, digests complex information quickly and accurately.
  • Have the desire for learning new things, and a desire to get things done.
