Responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone with an intimate experience and understanding of how acquisition, retention and growth planning as well as analytics transform SaaS B2B businesses:

  • Reporting directly to the CMO, and managing external LeadGen partners & agencies, the day to day of the SDR/BDR team and oversighting of all digital marketing channels (website, email, digital ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Plan and drive ongoing multi-channel and multi-touch inbound marketing acquisition and lead nurturing & retention campaigns that feed the funnel. You’ll be responsible for the management and optimization of our digital marketing tools, marketing automation system and CRM integration as well as reporting.
  • Partner with sales leaders to generate and qualify leads from inbound and outbound SDR activities.
  • Design engagements & experience across the user journey:
    Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop clear, compelling content that will support campaign interaction points: email, landing pages, advertising, event messaging, online and offline campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the demand and lead generation digital marketing plan and operations across channels including analysis via reporting and dashboards. This will include forecasting, measuring, and analyzing the impact of programs on sales cycles; monitor reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress toward goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience as a SDR / BDR team manager.
  • Hands-on and leadership experience of >3 years in B2B digital marketing, with emphasis on digital Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization of the entire digital marketing funnel, from inbound channels, through on-site performance and conversions optimization, till post nurturing of marketing leads
  • Very Strong analytical abilities – collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide clear actionable recommendations.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM), as well as SEM/PPM & SEO management (At least 4 years)
  • Experience in incorporating and working with advanced marketing tools – marketing automation (i.e SalesForce and HubSpot), Marketing Analytics and BI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
  • English- Native Speaking level
  • Multi-tasking individual with a “can do” approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, reliable, and responsible.
