Job Description:

Global Inside Sales Representative leads sales with a hunter’s mentality that will help take AU10TIX’s leading solution to global leading enterprises. Working out of our Hod Hasharon office, the ISR will reach potential customers via multiple channels, in order to drive prospect engagement and pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative individual who loves to communicate, has technical understanding of the product and the customer’s pain-points. The ISR will thrive to turn the prospects into qualified Leads, enabling global sales at an organization level.


  • Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive new business with an emphasis on the first line of inbound lead qualification and outbound lead generation,
  • Reach out to target prospects using multiple methods in order to convert them to leads
  • Leverage of sales tools, social media platforms, and other means
  • Close coordination with field sales teams to pursue relevant opportunities move prospects through the pipeline until closing
  • Nurture existing leads to move them into the pipeline
  • Keep a good understanding of KYC & Document Authentication trends, with a strong grasp on the way AU10TIX brings value to them – vis a vis the competition
  • Work closely with AU10TIX Marketing to achieve aligned goals
  • Evaluate and improve inside sales processes.
  • Reporting on sales activities, forecast and team’s sales metrics to senior management
  • Interfaces with different business units (i.e. product management, marketing, support, CSM and finance)


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 1.5 years experience as Inside Sales or SDR – preferably in SaaS B2B Software sales or similar technology
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Proven track record of success leading inside sales in a dynamic, global, competitive markets
  • High level of enthusiasm, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and draw meaningful conclusions and action plans from data to develop a sales strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach a resolution and maintain strong relationships.
  • CRM usage experience ( – an advantage
  • Working with LinkedIn as a sales platform – an advantage
  • Team oriented, tech-savvy, energetic, open-minded, well organized and proactive leader
