Role Purpose:

An experienced and results-driven gaming sales expert to join our team.

As a gaming sales expert at AU10TIX, your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding relationships with key clients within the gaming industry. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ unique identification verification needs and demonstrating how our solutions effectively address those needs.

Growing Au10tix’s pipeline, revenue, and market share in a rapidly expanding domain is fundamental to Au10tix’s continued success. Our sales team is at the heart of the company’s global expansion and directly impacts revenue, profitability, and EBITDA. New customers and new revenue streams increase the value of the business and the impact we make on improving the world of online identity verification. This position reports to the VP of EMEA.

This role is an individual contributor role across EMEA, you will be responsible for revenue generation and growth. You will work together with the company’s executives, marketing colleagues, and sales teammates to win new business and achieve your sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be a passionate and creative individual with a hunter’s mentality who has the industry-specific experience, knowledge of the identity marketplace, access to decision-makers, able to work in a very disciplined and independent manner and has proven abilities to lead complex sales processes in global organizations with multiple executive stakeholders and decision-makers. The Sr. Account Executive should have an impressive ability to understand the customer’s needs and articulate our value proposition in a convincing manner based on Au10tix’s solutions portfolio and capabilities.


  • Territory management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets across EMEA and ensure the maintenance of qualified pipeline of high-quality opportunities. This includes outbound sales activities and pipeline development from inbound leads.
  • New Business: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, identifying, and qualifying prospective clients, and closing new business opportunities within the gaming sector whilst leveraging your industry knowledge and contacts to establish new business relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments, providing feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of our solutions and their impact on the client’s business.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and all commercial elements of deal closure, including contract development and pricing strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning Au10tix’s solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Opportunity management: Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems. Be able to communicate these to clients effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipeline and client interactions via salesforce, using MEDDPICC methodology, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Product and Industry expertise: You will develop the ability to demonstrate the Au10tix solutions, answer functional and pricing questions, handle objections, and discuss how the Au10tix solutions support specific industry use cases.


  • 7+ years of experience with at least 5 years of successfully closing Mid-Level and Enterprise-class SaaS contracts.
  • In-depth experience in selling advanced solutions, preferably in the field of Identity Verification (IDV).
  • In-depth knowledge and regulatory understanding of the gaming industry landscape, including trends, key players, and emerging technologies. Previous experience selling into or working at either: gaming operator, online casino, or online gaming technology companies.
  • Proven success in selling IDV-related solutions to address Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is an advantage.
  • Experience in responding to complex RFP’s.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • A passion for staying up to date with technology trends.
