AU10TIX is in the business of Identity Intelligence, linking physical and digital identities so that companies and their customers can confidently connect in today’s world of remote transactions and interactions.  As a global leader in digital customer onboarding and remote verification, AU10TIX is responsible for verifying Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from around the world for a variety of online transactions—from credit card applications to money transfers, travel bookings and trades.

We are seeking an experienced CFO to join our team, lead us through our next wave of growth and keep our finances insightful and instrumental to our continued success. The CFO will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends but has proven experience raising capital and adapting to change–both in growth and downsizing. As a member of our senior management, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive the company’s financial planning, manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
  • Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs.
  • Responsible for implementing automation of key business financial processes (revenue, commission, expenses, purchasing, etc.) to reduce financial risks, increase revenue and control.
  • Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and partner to portfolio CEO and Chairman of the Board.
  • Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same.
  • Manage all finance operations for portfolio clients, including strategic management, day-to-day operations, and fundraising.
  • Perform forecasting and budgeting services; develop and publish management and investor reports and efficiency metrics.
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • Business Owner of Billing and Accounting systems, and SF. Integration with Financial Systems.
  • Research, understand and apply complex tax and accounting concepts, globally specifically in Israel, North America, Central America and Europe.
  • Oversight of SOX Readiness and Risk Management Controls.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff.

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years’ Proven experience in executive leadership CFO positions (including International experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • International Expansion and Cap Table Management.
  • Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
